XINGAOLI ACP Consists of polyethylene core sandwiched between two aluminum alloy sheets.The surface of Xingaoli ACP for exterior is coated with PVDF Knyar 500 (more than 70% Fluorocarbon resin), which is durable and weather resistant. The coating for interior is made of excellent polyester, which is colorful and elegant. This new generation technology of mechanical and chemical bonding gives XINGAOLI panels an exceptional and designed solution to modern buildings.

XINGAOLI ACP is easy to process for its flexibility and light weight(3.5-5.5kg/sqm). All cutting, milling, planning, slotting, side-folding and curving can be easily fulfilled by simple tools used for processing timber and metal. Both indoor and outdoor decoration can be implemented simultaneously so as to improve working efficiency largely.
3) Excellent impact resistance
It features good impact resistance, flexural rigidity and elasticity. It will not be damaged when its suffering from sand blown.
4) Excellent weather resistance
XINGAOLI ACP coated with Polyvinylidene fluorid (PVDF) resin, it features good lightness, strong adhesion, salt spray, acid and alkali resistance, chalking resistance of ultraviolet light. And heat distortion deflection temperature is up to 115° C . It can be used for 20 years without fading.

6) Easy to maintain
XINGAOLI ACP, it performs well in its pollution resistance due to its chemical properties against oil, salt spray, acid and alkali. It's advised to maintain and clean our ACPs after several years only suing neutral cleanser
